Waitlist only. Financing (not a rebate), repaid through your property tax.
- Waitlist only: the City says the program is nearing capacity, so new pre-qualifications go on a waitlist.
- Needs at least 3 eligible upgrades in one project, and at least $3,000 financed.
- A high-efficiency gas furnace on its own doesn't qualify (only when installed with a heat pump). Tank water heaters don't qualify.
