Waitlist only. Financing (not a rebate), repaid through your property tax.

  • Waitlist only: the City says the program is nearing capacity, so new pre-qualifications go on a waitlist.
  • Needs at least 3 eligible upgrades in one project, and at least $3,000 financed.
  • A high-efficiency gas furnace on its own doesn't qualify (only when installed with a heat pump). Tank water heaters don't qualify.
  • Financing, not money off: it's repaid through a Clean Energy Improvement Tax on your property tax bill.
  • Requires an EnerGuide home evaluation before and after the work, and a qualified CEIP contractor.
