Privacy Policy

What we collect

• We collect your name, phone, email, postal code, and home details only when a homeowner requests a quote, and only with their consent.
• When someone runs the audit, we collect their answers about the home and the plan we work out from them.
• If they upload a gas bill, we store it privately and use it only to read their gas usage.
• We collect whether they agreed to marketing email, the exact wording they agreed to, and when.

How we use it

• To build and show the plan, and keep it available on their device or in their account.
• When a homeowner requests a quote, we share that request (name, phone, email, postal code, home details and the quote they asked for) with local contractor partners — furnace/water heater, insulation, and windows installers — so the contractor can contact the homeowner. We only do this when the homeowner asks for a quote and consents.
• We do not sell data beyond that contractor hand-off. We may email energy tips and rebate updates only if the homeowner ticked the box agreeing to it.
• Savings and rebate figures are estimates, not guarantees. Rebate eligibility and amounts are set by each program, not by us.

Who else sees it

• Our team to run the service, and the hosting/email services we use to provide it. They process data only to provide those services.

Your choices

• Homeowners can ask for their data to be deleted by contacting us (see Contact).
• Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
• If you have an account, you can manage privacy settings in your account.
• You can use the audit without an account or an email address.
